Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind, select the wrong colour or shoe/heel size.

However, product exchanges may be given if the goods are faulty and unworn; the products must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase and in all cases a valid receipt/invoice must be presented.

If you have any issues or complaints about any of the products or accessories that you have brought from us, please contact us immediately via email including your name and contact details.

All returned products must be unworn and unused, have all original labels and packaging. Returns and claims will not be recognized beyond seven (7) days from the date of purchase and in all cases a valid receipt must be presented. 

Grouchy Me Planet reserves the right to determine whether the returned item has a manufacturing fault. If the item is deemed faulty, a full replacement product will be given (if the product is available in-stock) to the customer. Grouchy Me Planet may, at it’s absolute discretion, provide a credit against an alternative product. 

Customers are responsible for all return postage charges. Registered post is our recommended return postage method, as you can track your parcel and confirm delivery. No responsibility will be taken by Grouchy Me Planet for all non-delivery of returned items.

Grouchy Me Planet is not responsible for any delays or loss of postage/freight once the items have left our store.
