Once full payment of your invoice is received, your order will be shipped immediately for all in-stock items. We will contact you to advise you if there are any items temporarily out-of-stock and follow your instructions on how to proceed.
All parcels are posted via Australia Post satchels. If you require express or registered postage, please advise us via email at the time of your order and we will invoice you accordingly. Current price for regular postage (as at 05/08/2015) is:-
500g Satchel – $8.00 – Flat rate postage Australia wide
3kg Satchel – $13.50 – Flat rate postage Australia wide
(Optional postage charge – Signature on delivery for an extra $2.95)
A flat $5.00 handling fee applies to all orders.
NOTE:- The above prices are for the Australia wide pre-paid satchels only. Higher postage rates will apply to all overseas deliveries. We will advise you of the total postage price on your invoice at the time of order.
If you order multiple items, then we will choose the cheapest postage option for you and advise you in your invoice before you proceed with payment. We will try to combine all items to save you on postage costs.
For large orders, should you wish to arrange your own postage/freight, please advise us of your intentions at the time of order. We will package your items and have them available for collection by your freight or courier service.
Please be aware that for all country, interstate and overseas orders the delivery time will be longer via regular postage. Therefore we recommend that if you require the items urgently then please advise us that you require express postage.
Please note that we cannot add additional delivery instructions to your parcel. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery at a time suitable to you. However, if your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to request further instructions. Should you require the parcel to be resent, then you may incur additional postage charges.
Grouchy Me Planet is not responsible for any delays in postage/freight once the items have left our store. Grouchy Me Planet takes no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit, all complaints should be directed to Australia Post.
Grouchy Me Planet is not responsible for any additional customs or duties tax payable to the government due to shipping your order. If your items are quarantined or opened by customs for inspection then you (the customer) will be liable for any extra charges or taxes payable.
